At our headquarters located in Piedmont, in the heart of Monferrato, our staff will take care of the modifications necessary for the tuning of your electric bike.
And if in the future you want to restore the bike to its original condition, that’s no problem: we will send you a SM-PCE against a deposit to allow you to carry out the restoration. Shimano E7000 Holiday Tuning Box

If you want to take the opportunity to give yourself a holiday, we suggest the purchase of a “Holiday Tuning Box“. While our specialized staff will take care of tuning your ebike, you will be able to enjoy the hospitality of the Wine & Spa Resort Ca’ San Sebastiano to experience relaxing moments in the Spa, taste the wines of our Cellar and the gourmet proposals of our restaurant, or discover the bike routes between the hills and castles of our Monferrato.
Furthermore, our resort is a bike hotel with services dedicated to cyclists.

The “Holiday Tuning Box” package includes for 1 person:

• speed unlock kit and related installation
• one night accommodation in double room with breakfast
• 3-course dinner of your choice à la carte (including 1 bottle of wine for every 2 people, water and coffee) – closed on Tuesdays
• 3 hours entrance to the Acquavitae Spa with indoor pools, whirlpools, Finnish sauna, bio-sauna, Turkish bath, Kneipp path – closed on Tuesdays
• wines tasting (Tuesday excluded)
• free access to the outdoor swimming pools (open from May to September)

If you travel alone, the hotel requires a supplement of 30€ for single use.

Valid every day except Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and pre-holidays and public holidays.
With a supplement of €110.00 it is possible to book an excursion of about 3 hours with a local guide.

For uses permitted by law, we offer the following options:

• Modification at 35 or 50 km/h – Ensures assistance up to a speed of 35 or 50 km/h with correct display of the data; Change always active.

The user licence

The user license is linked to the bike on which the modification is installed and it is NOT transferable.

Ebike updates

Attention, any update of the bicycle could result in the failure of the product.

Product Warranty

Eplus guarantees that the product has no original conformity defects, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. The function is guaranteed up to the latest version of the original motor; before updating the ebike check the compatibility.
