For the return and/or repair of Eplus products, dealers must follow the following procedure:
- Send assistance requests to support@eplus.bike.
- Wait for the RMA number provided by Eplus.
- Send the material, attaching the guarantee, the transport document with the reason for “repair” and n. RMA assigned, carriage paid to the following address:Eplus Support
