Software developed by Eplus to be installed on your PC, to customize the factory parameters without the need to install hardware in the engine.
DETAILS OF THE MODIFICATIONS:
For the Shimano EP8 motor, for uses permitted by law *, we offer the following options:
– 35 km/h modification – Ensures assistance at speeds up to 35 km / h with correct data display; modification always active.
– 50 km/h modification – Ensures assistance at speeds up to 50 km / h with correct data display; modification always active.
The Race version increases the curves of all assistance levels by 30% and optimizes the speed curve: the e-bike is more reactive and offers better performance under stress.
Minimum requirements: SM-PCE1 or SM-PCE2 interface, EW-SD300 cable and EW-AD305 adapter, Windows 10 or newer, USB port, Internet connection.
For the Shimano E8000 motor, for uses permitted by law *, we offer the following options:
– 35 km/h modification – Ensures assistance at speeds up to 35 km / h with correct data display; modification always active. Eplus Tutor Pro app allows the adjustment of the ECO parameters and blocks the engine as a deterrent against theft.
– 50 km/h modification – Ensures assistance at speeds up to 50 km / h with correct data display; modification always active. Eplus Tutor Pro app allows the adjustment of the ECO parameters and blocks the engine as a deterrent against theft.
– “Race” modification – Ensures assistance up to a speed of 50 km/h with correct data display; it can be activated/deactivated by the Eplus Tutor Pro app. It is possible to remap the engine power by the Eplus Tutor Pro app for setting the pedal assistance, the torque at the wheel in Nm and the engine power for each individual mode of use, thus allowing you to customize the driving experience to the highest level.
The end customer can download the Eplus Tutor Pro app for Android and iOs for free to modify the mapping directly. To change the speed from the app, an in-app purchase is required for € 0.99.

(*) The unlock of the speed limiter in public places such as streets, squares, bike lanes is PROHIBITED BY LAW.
Therefore it is possible to activate the unlocking in private, circumscribed places such as circuits, tracks and private properties. Mounting the device may void the bicycle factory warranty.
