Giant unlock Eplus Flash software FOR DEALERS ONLY

The Eplus Flash Software for Giant is the solution for Eplus partner dealers who wish to modify the speed settings of compatible Giant e-bikes without installing hardware components inside the motor.

The software installs directly on a PC and allows you to modify the bike’s parameters via Giant diagnostics.

Giant Compatibility

The Flash software can be used with Giant Diagnostics and its related access keys:

• Service Tool Key, first version: Compatible with 1st and 2nd generation Giant motors.
• Service Platform Key, new version: Compatible with all supported Giant motor generations.

The e-bike must be able to properly connect to the Giant Diagnostics software.

Possible Modifications for Giant

With the Giant motor unlocking feature using Flash software, you can change the speed parameter*:

• You can choose the unlocking speed by setting a value between 25 and 70 km/h.
• The unlocking feature is always active.
• Assistance is provided up to 120 revolutions per minute: this is not a tuning limitation, but rather a characteristic of the bike itself.

* Speed ​​data will not be displayed correctly on the display.

How it works

The software can be used directly by Giant dealers who have Giant Diagnostics with a Service Tool Key or Service Platform Key.
The e-bike must be able to connect to the Giant Diagnostics software.

The Flash system works with Bikecoins, which dealers can purchase from Eplus. By modifying one or more parameters, a portion of the Bikecoins purchased will be deducted from the totalizer.
