To request technical assistance you must write to support@eplus.bike and send the completed request form

Products return

For the return and/or repair of Eplus products, dealers must follow the following procedure:

  • Send assistance requests to support@eplus.bike.
  • Wait for the RMA number provided by Eplus.
  • Send the material, attaching the guarantee, the transport document with the reason for “repair” and n. RMA assigned, carriage paid to the following address:
